Slide 59. All lesions in each of the breasts are identified and counted at the subgross level. This slide is a
differential count of all of the lesions in the breast of a 59 year old woman. There were no historical risk factors. Note nine persistent lobules in this
otherwise atrophic breast. Also present are other lesions of TDLUs: one DCIS, and one hyperplastic terminal
duct with papillomatous epithelial hyperplasia. The total number of lesions is eleven.
