Slide 32. Representative section of an ALA, grade 5. This does not correspond to slide 29, but is taken from a different case to show carcinoma-in-situ of the comedo pattern distending an acinus, not a duct.
The lumen contains red cells, necrotic epithelial cells and macrophages with brown pigment. Hematoxylin and eosin stain.
