Slide 20. This is a subgross photograph of a TDLU measuring about 1.5 mm long by 1.0 mm wide. Note extralobular terminal duct (ETD), intralobular terminal duct (the axial space of the lobule) (ITD), and acini (A).
Histologically the TDLU is lined by normal epithelium (not illustrated). Hematoxylin stain.
