Note the marked variation in morphology. Corresponding histological preparations are found elsewhere under the individual lesions. A=acinus. D= duct. ETD=extralobular terminal duct. ITD=intralobular terminal duct. L= lobule. Upper left image is ALA, grade1. Middle left has two ALAs of grade 2. Middle right has ALAs of grades 2 and 3 (see text legend for slide 25).
