Neoplastic progression in PyV-MT transgenic tumors.Almost 80% of all mouse mammary tumors metastasize. Some transgenic lines have a very high rate of metastasis. The animals with the Polyoma Virus Middle T transgene form tumors and have pulmonary metastases within 6 weeks of birth.
